In the current week (03/16/2020 to 03/22/2020), services for most US destinations will continue to be offered. In addition to full freighter charters, charter options are now also available that use the freight capacity of passenger flights. Please contact your local sales representative for more information.
In addition, the following was decided:
Booking window:
All bookings on our passenger flights were set to 7 days.
All bookings on our Full Freighter flights remain 13 days.
Track & Trace:
The overwhelming maintenance work due to the corona virus situation means that the push messaging service for Track & Trace status reports at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo must be deactivated. Please use the Track & Trace function on Air France KLM Martinair Cargo’s Track & Trace page (https://www.afklcargo.com/mycargo/shipment/singlesearch) to track your delivery. You are asked not to contact customer service representatives for status reports.
